Hi, I’m Peline!

I’m a Certified Holistic Nutritionist with a passion for helping women support their energy, digestion, daily habits, and overall wellbeing through approachable, individualized support.

My work focuses on helping people reconnect to their bodies through realistic nutrition, mindful routines, and simple lifestyle shifts that feel grounding, sustainable, and supportive.

I believe wellness should feel empowering, not overwhelming, and that small, consistent habits can create meaningful long-term change.

And while nutrition is at the core of my work, movement brings everything together. As a Pilates and Yoga instructor, I believe mindful movement is an important part of feeling connected, grounded, and discovering strength in parts of yourself you may not have noticed before.
